I ordered from wezteck.com, and overall the experience was okay. The main thing I noticed was the communication, they did get back to me, but it sometimes took a bit longer than I expected, so I found myself waiting for updates.
When they did reply, the answers were understandable and helpful enough, though they were sometimes a little brief. I would’ve appreciated a bit more detail upfront, instead of needing to follow up for more information.
It wasn’t a bad experience by any means, just not quite as smooth as it could’ve been. If they improve their response time and keep customers a little more updated along the way, I think the whole process would feel much better.

I reached out to Wezteck support because there was an issue with my order and I just wanted a straight answer. What made it more confusing was that one email seemed to say one thing, then the next message sounded like something else entirely.
The replies were really short and didn’t feel like they actually read what I wrote. After going back and forth for a few days, I just gave up. Definitely not the kind of support I was expecting, and it was frustrating.

I ordered from them thinking the return would be straightforward, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I expected. After sending everything back, I kept waiting for my refund and eventually had to follow up with them myself. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely didn’t love having to chase them to get my money back.

"Tracking Felt Like a Cover-Up"
My order tracking just sat there stuck for days like it was hiding some kind of secret. I contacted support, and all I got were vague answers that somehow explained nothing. At this point, I don’t know if my package is lost, delayed, or part of some shipping mystery nobody wants to admit. Really frustrating experience.

I’m not saying this is definitely fake, but I want to give people a heads-up. The product itself looked real to me, but the packaging felt a little off compared to what I expected. Maybe it’s nothing, but if you’re picky about authenticity, I’d double-check everything before using it.

"Payment turned into a hassle"
I tried placing my order, but the payment page kept erroring out. The frustrating part was that my bank still showed a pending charge, so I had no idea if the order actually went through or not. When support finally got back to me, it was basically, “just give it some time and the pending charge should clear,” which didn’t really help much. Disappointing first experience...

"Delivery kept getting delayed"
I placed my order thinking it would show up around the expected date, but the delivery kept getting pushed back again and again. There weren’t really any clear updates either, so I had to keep checking on it myself. Even then, I still didn’t really know when it was actually going to arrive. not great if you’re ordering something you need on time.

"Honestly kind of ridiculous to use"
I tried using the site and it was just a mess. Pages were loading weird, and finding basic info took way more clicks than it should have. It felt ridiculous having to dig around so much for simple stuff, so I gave up quickly.

"Decent price, but the wait was annoying"
It was okay overall and pretty much what I expected for the price. Some parts felt a little cheap, so I can’t say I was super impressed, but it wasn’t terrible value either. The most annoying part was waiting in the queue for ages before getting sorted.

I reached out to wezteck.com support a few different times and never got a real response back. At first I figured maybe they were just busy, but after waiting and trying again, it started to feel like I was being ignored. It wasted my time and definitely made me lose trust in the service. I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on them again

"Feels cheap and not worth the money"
This was a letdown. Right out of the box it just felt cheap, like the material was thin and not made to last. Some of the parts didn’t line up or fit right either, which made the whole thing feel kind of slapped together. For the price, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t buy from Wezteck again.

"Warranty support was kind of disappointing"
I’m not sure if I just had bad luck, but trying to get help with a warranty issue through wezteck.com was frustrating. The replies took a while, and I felt like I kept repeating the same details over and over. Maybe they were busy, but by the end it didn’t really seem like anyone was that interested in helping me get it sorted out. I don’t think I’d buy from them again.

The site just didn’t make me feel confident enough to trust it with my personal details or money.
